Last exit for a snack
Hotroad chocolate track
Sweets and fumes
Drive through the body
Burnt youth gasoline
Tankers of candy

Interstate playground
Circus 66
Pete's jaw rattling on the ground
Stuff bears glut on concrete
The dreadful sound
Echoeing around
And miles away
Dead end recess

Theme parking
The kids are asleep
The tyres are resting
The steelspeed fist
No noise hammers

Hijacked stripes
Hopscotch slains
Crash test kiddies playing
On the emergency lane

Going for a ride
Going down the slide
Get on your knees and play
Toys on the highway.
